The event that spotlights the package, printing and industrial logistics supply chain is back at the Fiera Milano from 4 to 7 May 2021. The winning concept of the first edition having been confirmed: the vertical fairs Plast, Ipack-Ima, Meat- Tech, Print4All and Intralogistica Italia will again be held contemporaneously, creating Europe’s greatest instrumental mechanics event.
After the considerable results achieved at the debut in 2018 – 150,110 visitors from the various sectors of the manufacturing industry, 27% from outside Italy, – The Innovation Alliance announces the dates of the next edition, at Fiera Milano from Tuesday 4 May to Friday 7 May 2021. Hence the supply chain logic along with the simultaneous holding of Plast, Ipack-Ima, Meat-Tech, Print4all and Intralogistica Italia is confirmed. The coming edition prospects sizeable figures:: 5 fairs in 17 halls, almost the entire area of the Rho district. And the formula is designed to benefit the professional visitor, who will be able to simultaneously evaluate technologies that can be applied in different contexts, developing holistic skills and taking advantage of virtuous contaminations.
The value of synergies
«The system logic leading to Innovation Alliance has proved successful, and can also be an inspiration for other events. In fact, acting in synergy increases international attractiveness and promotes competitiveness in the global market», says Fabrizio Curci, CEO of Fiera Milano. «Moreover, Fiera Milano, whose spaces and services are well suited to a format of these dimensions, and Milan, increasingly perceived as a dynamic European metropolis, are a further distinguishing feature of an event that in Europe, due to its characteristics, stands as unique.»
Print4All, supply chain fair
Printing and processing, of both packaging and more, hence come back into play with the second edition of Print4All which relaunches its formula (unique and highly innovative in the entire international trade fair scene), designed to bring together the entire sector community: printers, but also brand owners and creatives.
«We have confirmed with great conviction our adherence to the Innovation Alliance 2021», says Aldo Peretti, president of Acimga who promotes the fair together with Argi. «During the first edition, Print4All achieved sizeable figures and above all a high ratio between the number of visitors and exhibition floorspace: 15 thousand square meters and 35,000 strictly profiled professionals, of which 21% foreign from 87 countries – a result that far exceeds the highest standards of mechanical engineering fairs.»
«We consider it extremely valuable to propose the Innovation Alliance for 2021», Antonio Maiorano, Argi chairman, declares. «The success of the first edition convinced us of the importance of working as a system. Print4All 2018 has brought concrete business results and today stands as a collective asset for our entire sector, which was long lacking an event built around true needs, not only of us suppliers, but of the entire chain with which, at the fair, one dialogues and constructs business with.»
Creating a system between neighbouring sectors is a strategic objective that has led all the partners involved – Fiera Milano, Deutsche Messe and the machine builders’ associations Acimga (printing and converting), Amaplast (plastics and rubber), Ucima (packaging and wrapping ) and Argi (the graphics industry) – to renew the collaboration.
