After the challenges of the last few years, iT’s Tissue 2022 was a welcome opportunity to meet face-to-face once again, to network and experience live technology demonstrations in a unique setting. And the event lived up to expectations. More than a thousand representatives from over 70 countries from all 5 continents registered, more than half of them being important customers and delegations representing more than 300 companies companies from around the world.
Six intense days of meetings, networking and demonstrations by the Network companies have given new impetus to the tissue market. The fourth edition of the event has already confirmed the market’s interest in the technological innovations that were presented in the Open Houses.
The companies of the Tissue Italy Network – A. CELLI, E80, FUTURA, GAMBINI, KÖRBER, IMA-TMC, OMET, PCMC, PULSAR, RECARD, TOSCOTEC – opened their plants to present the ‘made in Italy’ most advanced solutions for production converting, packaging and handling of hygienic health and tissue products (toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, facial tissue, napkins and handkerchiefs, multi-purpose rolls and folded products). Innovations were presented also in areas like Industry 4.0 and Customer Service.
The Tissue Italy network announced that iT’s Tissue will return to Lucca in 2025, although many activities are planned for the next three years.
