BP Agnati recently supplied an Indian user a latest generation gluer and series of model VSF corrugator units.
As the Vimercate, MB Lombard based company – part of the Brivio Pierino group – informs us, this is the first machines for the production of corrugated board of exclusively European technology sold in India.
The order was formalized during Sino Corrugated 2013 Shanghai with the Indian company SIPM (The South India Paper Mills Ltd) located in the province of Karnataka. As shown by their recent investments, the Indian company is focused on providing its customers with high-quality packaging, capable of offering added value, with the intention establishing itself among the market leaders.
The recent purchase of BP Agnati machinery is a central part of this project and the first step in a partnership likely to last.
Particularly appreciated for features and performance that exceeded the customer’s expectations, both the start-up as well as the overall system performance. Among the distinctive elements of the new B and C shape corrugator units: the variable speed corrugating, the non-metallic cylinder press, corrugate shape change in just 5 minutes, the absence of critical speeds and the low maintenance and running costs.
