Xaar presents a new printhead for quality UV applications (labels, laminates, packaging, direct-to-shape, etc..), which redefines the standards of single-pass machining.
Its features enable a better uniformity of volume and greater precision in the positioning of the drop. Its name is Xaar 1002 GS6 and features an optimized geometry of 1,000 nozzles, capable of producing high-resolution text and images with soft tones. In addition it provides high-opacity printing of highly pigmented white printing inks and high viscosity lacquers, in an extremely reliable manner thanks to the patented Xaar ink recirculation (TF Technology ™) technology.
Xaar 1002 GS6 is able to handle a wide range of fluids and viscosity ranges and is backwards compatible with the Xaar 1001 GS6. Its ease of use is ensured by a modification of the user interface electronics, which significantly reduces setup times.
