Innovation and service by Robatech at Interpack. Final objective: an efficient and resource-friendly production.

Robatech will be bringing its most innovatory technologies and latest products to Interpack (Hall 11 stand F68) in particular featuring its hotmelt application heads in the Diamond Series. The SX Diamond, SpeedStar Diamond and the new AX Diamond (1) all have application heads with CoolTouch insulation which increases operational safety when touched. The heat-resistant insulation also saves energy and guarantees efficient use of resources and sustainable production.
• The adhesive melter units of the Concept Diamond Series also feature appreciable energy savings. The device is equipped with the latest technology, such as the network-capable Electronic ICSN and the user-friendly Touchscreen RobaVis, which now also monitors power use and indicates sustainable production. The “Help Texts” are also new and assist users.

Robatech also offers the possibility of connecting the Concept units to the automatic Adhesive Pumping System RobaFeed (2) to ensure a constant quantity of adhesive in the application unit. With the self-monitoring system, operating errors such as overfilling the melting tank or production downtime resulting from empty tanks can be avoided.
• Lastly, a mention of the RobaPlus, Robatech’s new customizable service program, offers customers extensive service options, from planning to operation to up-grading their installations. The RobaPlus service contracts contribute – the company technicians underline – to higher efficiency in the production line.
