Durst Group, a leading manufacturer of advanced digital printing and production technologies, and Newgen Printronics, their strategic sales partner in India, are excited to announce their participation at Labelexpo India 2024, taking place from 14 – 17 November 2024, at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR.  At stand no.G8, Hall No.10, Durst and Newgen Printronics will present their cutting-edge label solutions, focusing on digital and hybrid technologies that meet the evolving needs of the Indian market.

Main Exhibit: Tau RSC E 7-color low migration digital press

A key highlight of the Newgen Printronics stand will be the Tau RSC E 7-Color low migration digital press, designed specifically for applications requiring low-migration inks. This machine prints at 1200×1200 DPI quality and is an ideal choice for migration-sensitive applications such as food and pharmaceutical labeling.

Visitors to the stand will be able to see live demos of the machine, understand the Durst technology and its advantages. Live samples of various materials such as label stock, lamitubes, IML’s, shrink sleeves and blister foils will also be made available for visitors to appreciate the Durst press’ print quality.

Showcasing industry-changing technologies

Alongside the Tau RSC E, Durst will introduce visitors to their revolutionary Hawk AI™ technology. This innovative technology utilizes camera vision systems with the aim of automating print quality, resulting in significantly reduced waste and overall improved print quality. The Durst Hawk AI™ is not only an inspection system, but it also goes one step further as it is correcting print mistakes, such as missing nozzles, inline and in real time, without any setup needed and without any operator intervention.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore Durst’s comprehensive portfolio, which includes stand-alone solutions such as the RSC E, RSC, and RSCi, as well as hybrid machines like the KJet and XJet, developed in collaboration with Omet, combining the advantages of digital and flexo printing.

Detailed information on inks, applications, software, and service will be available, offering a complete insight into Durst’s powerful solutions for enhancing production capabilities. Visitors will also have the opportunity to engage with industry experts from Durst and Newgen Printronics, discussing tailored solutions for their specific production needs.
