Kolbus Italia – the Italian branch of Kolbus GmbH – present the new RD115S rotary die-cutter: a fully servo-driven machine, equipped with an ultra-modern machine control and able to implement up to eight flexographic printing units.
For several years now, the German packaging machinery and systems manufacturer has been committed to the rotary die-cutting machine segment, with the aim of developing a new range of modern and functional products, based on the excellence of German engineering. With the launching of the RD115S, today Kolbus establishes itself definitively as a point of reference on the paper converting market.
Technical features
The RD115S enables the production high quality boxes printed on the external side, and to deliver them in a short time, as increasingly required, for example, by the online trade. The working width of 2,921 mm allows the production of up to four quadrants per sheet of corrugated cardboard. In addition, the high processing speed of up to 12,000 sheets per hour makes the RD 115S an attractive solution even for large orders of 100,000 or more pieces.
