May 2nd the deadline for enrolment in the first edition of Finat Recycling Awards, aimed at both the processors and end users who have launched projects to recycle paper and/or removable liner, with the aim of reducing the carbon footprint and the costs associated with disposal in landfills.

Applications will be evaluated by an independent jury, made up of expert representatives of NGOs operating in the paper and plastics recycling sector. The competition will conclude with the announcement of the winners at the Finat World Congress, to be held at Monaco June 5th to 7th, 2014.
