In Dresden (D), the capital of the “free state” of Saxony, near the border with the Czech Republic and Poland, on 4th and 5th November a conference of the European Rotogravure Association (ERA) will be held.
Entitled “Innovation in packaging and decorative gravure”, it focuses on the development of technology and the market, not only in gravure. Tuesday November 4th is entirely dedicated to talks, which will be made by representatives of large companies in the industry (including, for example, Janoschka, KBA, BST Eltromat, QuadTech). The following day a visit is scheduled to the Saxon-Walzen Gravur (SWG) works, now part of Janoschka Group: a company of cylinder engravers which includes a Hell Cellaxy in its machine yard.
