On the occasion of participation in the CPHI international pharma fair (Barcelona, 24-26 October 2023), Renogroup made official the birth of Renogroup España, the new Iberian branch in Alborea (Albacete), in the southern region of La Mancha.
The paper converting group with headquarters in Bologna and branches in Florence and Valjevo (Serbia) thus marks a new stage of growth in a strategic market, where the new plant for the production of trays, leaflelt and secondary packaging will be operational from the next year. Once fully operational, Renogroup España will also act as a further back-up site for all the group’s processes.
The international development of Renogroup begins in 2013 it began in 2013 and accelerated with the subsequent transformation of the Bologna paper industry and its Serbian branch in Valjievo, into a group of coordinated and complementary companies. This is followed closely by the acquisition in 2019 of Tiposervice of Calenzano (FI), specialized in the printing and folding of information leaflets and the intense consolidation activity in the following 2020 and 2021, with investments new machines and technologies and the redefinition of flows, internal organization and pre- and post-sales assistance services.
The commitment to ESG policies is also intense. Since 8 September, Renogroup has officially been a Benefit Company and is working on the B Corp certification of all its subsidiaries.
