Leeb Flexibles, great German converter and leading player in the production of flexible packaging for food use, has been working with FastBridge Rossini for more than two years and now sums up a challenging project.
For the owner of this fourth generation company, the investment in Rossini technology was a further step in a challenging modernization process that began in 2018 with the installation of a new Miraflex Windmöller und Hölscher 10+1 color flexo press.
Vibration-free quality

The use of the new FastBridge carrier is perfectly aligned with the company’s quality improvement strategy. For Leeb, the biggest advantage in the use of the adapter is the significant reduction in vibration and the significant increase in print speed of complex subjects – resulting in an increase in the performance of the Miraflex – as well as a higher level of product quality.
In addition to optimizing the performance of the technology, Leeb is also dedicated to researching environmentally sustainable packaging materials and has recently introduced a number of recyclable solutions. “We are very proud to be able to deploy both 90 years of experience and state-of-the-art production technology to create efficient and environmentally friendly packaging solutions“, says Eberhardt.
